Stollen

Stollen is a festive Christmas fruit bread soaked in spiced rum. It is traditionally prepared at the beginning of December so it can mature and be ready for your Christmas table.

It can be personalised with any fruits and nuts according to your preferences or allergies, or kept classic with citrus, berries, and nuts, with a whole marzipan log sleeping inside.

Italian-style Cantuccini

Cantuccini are Italian nutty biscuits originating from Tuscany. With almonds, hazelnuts, or pistachios (choose your fighter!), orange, fennel seeds and dark chocolate.

Because of their dry, crunchy texture, they are traditionally served as a dessert and enjoyed by dipping into a small glass of sweet dessert wine — most commonly Vin Santo (“Holy Wine”) — or into coffee or tea. Dipping softens the biscuit and brings out its full flavour.
